蒸蛋6招
1、蛋液:温水=1:1(可用鸡蛋壳加水)。2、一只鸡蛋+一小匙淀粉+两滴米醋。3、打出沫的鸡蛋液必须过筛。4、蒸碗内抹点油,不易粘碗。5、蒸碗上盖保鲜膜,防止蒸汽水滴落砸坏蛋面。6、水开后小火蒸十二分钟左右,关火后再虚蒸几分钟。
自制奶酪
1、纯牛奶两袋,放入锅中煮沸; 2、牛奶煮好后晾凉加入150ml醪糟汁(不要米,要纯汤); 3、将牛奶和醪糟汁混合后放置1个小时; 4、1小时候后,上蒸锅蒸制15~20分钟; 5、蒸好后,放置晾凉,此时已经成奶酪的那种冻冻状; 6、奶酪凉透后,放入冰箱冷藏,随吃随取。 ps:绝对跟梅园的一个味道!
